Job Description
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for J&J's Windchill PLM based on user requirements and technical designs.
Key Responsibilities

Help squad members in solving technical challenges and provide guidance on implementing effective solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while following the SAFe Agile framework.
Ensure timely delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectives.
Stay updated with Windchill PLM enhancements and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Assist in training team members on new features and functionalities within the Windchill PLM system.
Collaborate with the team during story refinement, technical design discussions, and effort estimation to ensure well-defined tasks and timelines.
